Thank you Mike! How to evaluate the new hire and how much time is enough to be properly onboarded? I understand that every Friday the presentations will allow to evaluate, but should we look also into sales output at wk5? Or a how we are moving to day-90 milestone as example?; How to identify not it's a right type hire (SMB/enterprise)? how much time should be enough that the new sales hire stats performing?
